Refund & Cancellation Policies

We at Online Creative Space will always do our best to fulfill your needs and deliver our service to your expectations. We have no desire to trick you into purchasing and paying for something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future. That said we believe you would have read and understood our terms and conditions before purchasing our services. At Online Creative Space we take pride in taking a careful approach in helping you to get the best Internet exposure possible given the expectations of our client. We guarantee the use of the best SEO practices possible, using only “white hat” SEO techniques to help you grow your rankings and traffic. And if given a long-term opportunity, we do guarantee you’ll see higher rankings and traffic from all our efforts. Therefore, we cannot issue you a refund for the services that we render. This includes website designs, Internet marketing services, and social media services. 

Online Creative  Space does not have control over the policies, and practices, of third party companies/websites such as, but not limited to, Google, Google My Business, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Expedia, and  Travelocity and social media companies and practices such as but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or similar businesses.

Client assumes all risk, responsibility for all client website(s) and social media content, photos, social media content, and graphics.

Monthly Marketing Plans Cancellation Policy

Clients on an ongoing monthly marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 30 days prior written notice. Online Creative Space does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only applies after the 30-day cancellation waiting period is over. Client will be charged for any work done during the 30 day cancellation period.
